DEFINITIONS
The terms "we," "us," or "our" refer to South Beach Casino & Resort, and the term "you" refers to any person using our facilities.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age as required by applicable law) to use our gaming services or participate in any promotions.
RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
To gamble on-site at South Beach Casino & Resort, you must reside within a reasonable distance of Manitoba and meet the minimum age requirements outlined above.
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
We reserve the right to request identification from anyone accessing our facilities, including but not limited to: valid government-issued photo ID (such as driver's license or passport), proof of residency, and other information as deemed necessary by management.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
By registering for an account with South Beach Casino & Resort, you acknowledge that your name, address, telephone number, and/or email address may be used in accordance with our privacy policy to send marketing communications from us, including but not limited to promotional offers and newsletters.
LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our loyalty program (the "Ocean Club") has the following terms and conditions: By joining the Ocean Club, you acknowledge that points earned will expire after a certain period of inactivity as determined by South Beach Casino & Resort; all rewards issued through the Ocean Club may be redeemed at any participating venue.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your right to privacy and collect information about our guests only for legitimate business purposes, such as enhancing customer service or facilitating loyalty programs.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment of accounts is due immediately upon presentation. Any disputed charges must be brought to the attention of management within seven (7) days from date of incident.
GAMING TERMINALS MAINTENANCE
We reserve the right to shut down any gaming terminal or feature for maintenance, repairs, or technical issues at any time without notice.
RULES OF CONDUCT ON THE GROUNDS
You agree not to engage in any behavior that is deemed by management as unacceptable on our premises.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES
We encourage all guests to gamble responsibly and provide resources for those who may be struggling with problem gaming through the Manitoba Responsible Gaming Program.
AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice, as determined by South Beach Casino & Resort management. By continuing to use our facilities or services after these changes have been made, you acknowledge that you agree with the revised terms and conditions.
SEVERABILITY OF CLAUSES
If a clause within this agreement is deemed invalid under applicable laws, it will be severed from the rest of the contract without affecting its remaining clauses' validity.

By accessing our facilities or participating in any promotions offered by South Beach Casino & Resort, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
